2. Important Privacy Notes
- Public sharing: Public posts, profile information, business pages, public group activity, listings, and other public content may be visible to other users.
- Dating separation: Hopeless Ro dating photos and dating profile details are intended to stay separate from your main Rise Up profile and Rise Up gallery, except where the app clearly labels Hopeless Ro activity, conversations, or notifications.
- Location: Your exact device location is not intended to be shown to other users. Hopeless Ro may use device location to calculate approximate nearby discovery and Ro Signal zones.

- Verification: A V-check badge indicates that certain verification steps were completed. It does not guarantee identity, safety, background, or truthfulness.
- User control: Other users may screenshot, copy, save, share, report, or misuse content you post or send. Do not share information you are not comfortable losing control over.

Rise Up is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without required consent, we may delete the information and restrict the account.
Hopeless Ro is strictly for users 18 and older. Users under 18 may not access dating features. If you believe a child or underage user is using the Service improperly, contact us at itsjosephsapps@gmail.com.
8. Child Safety and CSAM
We have zero tolerance for CSAM and child sexual exploitation. If we become aware of suspected CSAM or child exploitation, we may remove content, disable accounts, preserve relevant information, and report to appropriate authorities or child safety organizations as required or appropriate.
